Updates...

Yo yo ppl, sorry 4 e long lag between my previous blog and this one. Anyways..many many things to tell. Let's start with the Navy open house. I went there last Sat wif my dad and we had a really good time exploring the Battle Cruisers and snapping pics. Also had more insight into what I will be doing and life aboard when I join the Navy (my module yesterday talked about choosing a career and I am a fit with the Navy..:)).
What's next..oh yeah..went fishing with my dad after that and I caught 2 starfish. It was something really new to catch a starfish with a hook. I am done with my wkend.Let's move on.
Tue..I went for Adventure Racing training.It was fun except for the fact that I could not keep up :(. I gotta train more and strengthen my injured knee.
Wed..Trekking & Camping.We did river crossing and I tell u it was so fun a wanted to stay there forever. A few new skills learnt today which will be put to good use.
Now I am in a dilemma..Trekking & Camping or Adventure Racing?? Both are my love and passion but I can only pick one..Haiz

I had a really strange encounter today with this guy standing behind me. I was with my friend in the Q when this guy came behind us to pay his school fees. I dunno y but he decided to start a conversation with us. Seems like quite a nice guy so we started talking abt sch n my day's prob. started talking about my ambition and he's another one who encourages me to follow my dreams. What struck me most was that he said that i have good taste and i am a pretty deep thinker. Hmm..actually contradicts what my facis say. Anyway, thks 4 e encouragement, generous offer and most impt -- the friendship Mr Nice Guy. :)

Red Sky in the ...Nite

As I write this post, I am looking out past my shivering cactus into the red sky outside my window (duh of cos outside). Anyways, its quite interesting to see a totally red sky in at night. From my knowledge of camping, it's a sign that it's gonna rain. MUAhahahahahahaha...and i'm gonna go trekking tmr morning in the mud. It's gonna be interesting.
Today was a fun day. We danced during presentation and wat the hell it was fun n a touch dirty lah, trying to imitate Beyonce and Shakira. Had a ball of time. This week was musical chairs week -- we changed groups for all the modules and i think maybe it is better for us all in some ways.

Spidey 3... ...

Is not as fantastic from my point of view at least. Its not really as nice as it has been potrayed. I've been conned. Ok, let's start this over again. I just finished watching it with my family and I didn't it was as nice as I expected it to be. It's kinda draggy and talks more abt Parker & MJ's love relationship. Not much abt venom as well. I think it is not really worth the watch unless you really want to. 2hrs 30 mins and the fun only comes after 1hr 45mins. BUT..its my personal opinion after all. Still, you have a choice to make.

TGIF!!!!

Woohoo...guess what I saw when I opened my daily grade file today--All A's except for 1 B. So happy. I must keep up the good work and keep on striving for my A's. I'm gonna score for this sem & all the other modules to come. MUAhahahahaha..

1st Trekking & Camping meeting!!!!!

Hello everyone, yesterday was my first ever trekking & camping IG meeting. Met new friends and learnt more about the IG. The best part..getting sweets for answering questions. So fun. Anyways, I got a rough idea of what this IG is about and what to expect. I dunno y but sometimes I feel kinda heavy burdened. Maybe I should learn to let go of some things (borrowing) my mum's words.I reallly don't know. I gotta think long & hard about it.

tired

hmm..today is tuesday. It is a beautiful day but I am sooooo tired.Slept so late last nite because because I was eating chocolates. Hav to do a presentation now but i'm so damm unwilling to do it. Topic is interesting (electricity) but I jus felt so tired during lessons. The teacher's fault?? God knows.
I know why i'm tired. I spent 12 hrs in sch yesterday. 0900-1630 in lesson and 1630-1900 at Crusade meeting. It was so fun spending time with God in the open. First time ever (after GDOP 2006 at least). It was a great experience at least.

today is a milestone in my tech life..i, a technophobia has finally set up a blog account. But..i'm notsure how long i can keep this up. keeping my fingers crossed.
